30-Day Return Policy

At Floorz Supplies Plus LLC, we understand the importance of selecting the right product for your project. If you are not completely satisfied with your in-store or online purchase, you can return the merchandise to any of our Floorz Supplies Plus LLC locations within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid sales receipt, and we will process a refund for your purchase. Please be aware that we reserve the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges. Additionally, specific markets may require the original packaging for returns, as detailed below.

For returns made after the initial 30-day period or without a receipt, we may issue a refund at our discretion, based on the last recorded lowest price for the item with a restocking fee of %25. A valid photo ID is necessary for such returns, and ID information will be documented during the return process. Please note that we employ a third-party refund verification system, and all returns are subject to approval through this system.

For all approved returns:

  • The returned merchandise must be undamaged and in resalable condition.
  • Returns made within 30 days of the purchase will be processed using the same payment method as your original purchase.
  • Returns exceeding 30 days from the purchase date or those lacking an original sales receipt will be processed as merchandise credit.
  • Returns exceeding $500.00 for which the original payment was cash or check will be processed as a mail refund check.

Original Packaging Requirement for Returns

In any of our locations, returns must consist of unopened merchandise in its original purchased packaging and quantity. For example, if you purchased tile by the box, it must be returned in its original box, except as noted below:

  • Individual pieces may be returned if initially purchased as samples, as indicated on the sales receipt.
  • Decorative mosaics may be returned individually if they are unopened and still in their original packaging (including cardboard backing and plastic wrapping).

Important Note – Please Read Carefully

Once a product has been installed, it becomes non-returnable. Floorz Supplies Plus LLC is not liable for product defects, damages, property damage, or lost labor costs resulting from faulty installation. Claims for damage or shortages must be reported upon receiving the product. We strongly advise thorough inspection of all products before installation, as any use will be considered as acceptance. Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner/installer and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

Special Orders

Special orders can be cancelled with 25% restocking fee, including shipping costs, as long as the cancellation occurs before shipping. However, once the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for all outgoing and return shipping expenses. Customers can cancel special orders either in-store or by contacting Customer Care. Non-custom special order products can be returned to any of Floorz Supplies Plus LLC locations.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, such as Treadwell stair parts, and Accessories, are non-refundable once the transaction is complete. In the event of damaged or defective products, exchanges can be arranged. For assistance with such matters, please contact Customer Care at 586-200-0055.

Damaged Shipments

Please do not refuse any shipment. Refusing a shipment will result in Floorz Supplies Plus LLC charging all applicable shipping fees as part of the return process. If you encounter a damaged shipment, contact Customer Care.

Lost in Transit

In the event of a shipment being lost in transit, please contact Customer Care .
