Floorz Supplies Plus LLC Vehicle Damage Waiver
By permitting Floorz Supplies Plus LLC employees to load your vehicle with a forklift, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions regarding vehicle loading and potential damages:
- While Floorz Supplies Plus LLC employees will make every effort to safely and conscientiously load your vehicle, you understand and agree that Floorz Supplies Plus LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any damages to your vehicle incurred during the loading process.
- You further acknowledge that Floorz Supplies Plus LLC accepts no liability or responsibility for any damages to overloaded vehicles, including but not limited to damage to tires, axles, or suspension systems.
- Additionally, Floorz Supplies Plus LLC disclaims any liability or responsibility for damages to vehicles occurring during the transportation of merchandise after leaving the store. This includes any potential damage to windows, truck beds, tailgates, or any other part of the vehicle.
By granting permission for Floorz Supplies Plus LLC to load merchandise into your vehicle, you hereby release Floorz Supplies Plus LLC and its employees from any liability associated with the loading of merchandise into your vehicle.
You assume full responsibility for the risks of damage to your vehicle and ensuring the safe transportation of the merchandise.
