At Floorz supplies plus LLC, we offer a variety of delivery options to meet your needs, whether you’re shopping in-store or online.

Online Delivery Options

When you shop online, your delivery options are designed to accommodate the size and weight of the items you order. Most of our online deliveries are handled by third-party carriers, providing you with flexibility and convenience.

• Small Parcel: Sample orders or items weighing less than 100 lbs are typically delivered via FedEx or USPS directly to the address you specify.
• Curbside: For larger items or orders, we offer curbside delivery. Your products will arrive on a pallet and be placed at the curb or sidewalk at the end of your driveway. You’ll have the responsibility of moving the products to your desired location after delivery. We use various delivery methods, including Box Truck with Liftgate (suitable for paved driveways/roads), Flatbed & Moffett, or Pick-Up Truck & Hand Unload.

In-Store Delivery Options

If you prefer to shop in-store at one of our locations, we also provide a range of delivery options to suit your needs.

• Small Parcel: Similar to online orders, sample orders or items weighing less than 100 lbs can be delivered via FedEx or USPS to the addresses you specify.
• Curbside: Just like with online orders, curbside delivery for in-store purchases involves a pallet of products delivered to the curb or sidewalk at your driveway’s end. You’ll be responsible for moving the products to your desired location post-delivery. We use various delivery methods, including Box Truck with Liftgate (suitable for paved driveways/roads), Flatbed & Moffett, or Pick-Up Truck & Hand Unload.
• First Threshold: With first threshold delivery, your pallet of products will be delivered onto your driveway or in your garage, depending on destination eligibility. You’ll need to relocate the products to your preferred spot after delivery. Delivery methods include Box Truck with Liftgate (Most Common), Pick-Up Truck, Flatbed & Moffett, or Hand Unload. Flatbed & Moffett deliveries will be placed on the driveway or into the garage when possible.
• White Glove: This premium service involves unloading your products from the pallet and delivering them inside to the room of your choice, all on the entry-level of your home or job site. White glove delivery is offered by carriers and may not be available at all locations. Delivery methods include Box Truck with Liftgate (Most Common), Pick-Up Truck, or Hand Unload.
• Jobsite: For jobsite deliveries that require access to unpaved/gravel roads or steep driveways and involve multiple pallets, we typically use Flatbed & Moffett delivery. Please note that this service is not available in all locations. If we can’t provide this service in your area, we’ll notify you.

At Floorz supplies plus LLC, we strive to offer delivery 7 days a week for distances up to 100 miles for one pallet deliveries from our store in most markets. However, please keep in mind that shipping and delivery times may vary based on distance, carrier availability, and unforeseen circumstances. To confirm if 7-day delivery is available in your region, please contact your local store. Also, please note that carriers do not deliver on national holidays.

Delivery Expectations

• Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments for your convenience.

• Please note that we are unable to ship items to AK, GU, HI, PR, VI, Newfoundland & Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, BC Islands including Vancouver Island and Queen Charlotte (we deliver to BC lower mainland only), or foreign countries.

• If your order requires freight delivery, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours online or by calling 586-200-0055 if any of the following conditions apply to your delivery destination:
  • Does not allow semi-trailer access.
  • Does not have a turnaround for a semi-trailer.
  • Has a steep and/or gravel driveway.
  • Has low hanging power lines and/or trees.
  • Is located on the 2nd floor or higher of a building, apartment, and/or condominium.
