Damage Claims

Floorz Supplies Plus LLC is dedicated to assisting you with any potential product damage claims. When you receive your shipment, it is crucial to inspect the pallet and packaging materials for any visible damage or missing products. Please make a note of any damage or missing items on the POD (Proof of Delivery) provided by the driver.

If you purchased or picked up your order from our store (SB), please contact the store directly for assistance. You can find your local store’s contact information HERE.

For web orders, follow these steps to initiate the claims process:

  1. Thoroughly inspect all products within the shipment.
  2. Retain the Proof of Delivery receipt (Proof of Delivery/ BOL).
  3. Provide your Order Number.
  4. Provide a Phone Number.
  5. Include pictures of the majority of damaged products (in JPEG or PDF format).
    • Best Practices for photos: Capture wide shots of the entire damages, clear close-ups, and multiple angles.
  6. Indicate the total number of damaged pieces/boxes.

Please inspect your entire order, as only one claim can be filed per order.
